sitting down to a tasty lunch of iskender kebaps at a restaurant in bursa. our guide told us they normally load these up with butter so she asked them to go easy on the butter for us, which was a good thing because even that way it was almost too buttery for me. most of our tour group is pictured here, though they’re not all looking.
